This was what I had to deal with today. VZW customer service is good. But I had to go to UPS to get the package which contained the phone.

I got really drunk in 2013 and broke my iPhone. Since I had insurace, I ordered a new one. I had to go to the FedEx distribution center to get my new phone because they couldn’t “find my house.” Yeah a house in a heavily populated suburb of Atlanta is “hard to find.”

I didn’t mind going to the hub when UPS tried to deliver while we weren’t home. What bothered me was that a company that wasn’t even shipping the phone reported it lost/stolen so it couldn’t be activated. Like whoever is at the warehouse for VZW, or FedEx, get your shit together. I was nice with the customer service lady because she was super cool and professional but... damn.

That’s infuriating.
I also have Verizon. I picked up my most recent phone in the store because I didn’t want to deal with all the BS of getting it shipped to me.
